In 1995, she relaunched the Hanae Mori Fragrance in association with Shiseido and Cosmetique et Parfum International, France. The original fragrance was reformulated by Bernard Ellena to appeal to modern tastes and introduced under the brand name Hanae Mori.
It is classified as an oriental fragrance for women.
